The Wilderness Is Calling
Pearl Weekend is a women’s weekend designed for connection, creativity, and the kind of camp magic grown-ups still need. Campfires. Cabin time. Crafting if you want. Laughing until your face hurts. Quiet coffee if that’s more your speed.

Pearl Weekend is a cozy, low-pressure weekend at camp for women who want a little space to breathe, laugh, create, and reconnect.
This is not a polished luxury retreat.
It is not an overly scheduled empowerment conference.
It is not a weekend where you need to arrive with matching outfits and a five-year plan.
It is camp.
With warm meals, shared cabins, campfires, creative projects, outdoor options, and room to make the weekend feel like yours.

Pearl Weekend is also a fundraiser supporting scholarships for Camp Two Roads.
Every registration helps more girls access the confidence, leadership, friendship, and outdoor experiences that Camp Two Roads provides each summer. Proceeds from Pearl Weekend directly support financial assistance and scholarship opportunities for campers who may not otherwise be able to attend.
And because no great women’s weekend fundraiser is complete without a little chaos and laughter…
Saturday night will feature a cozy camp-style Bingo Night with fun prizes, community laughs, and just enough competitive energy to make everyone suddenly care very deeply about tiny paper cards.

Pearl Weekend is for:
Come with friends, or come on your own. We will help make it welcoming either way.
Dates: October 23–25, 2026
Location: Camp Yamhill
19651 NW Old Railroad Grade Rd, Yamhill, OR 97148
Your weekend includes:
Pearl Weekend is built around flexibility.
Want to craft all afternoon? Great.
Want to sit by the fire and talk with friends? Also great.
Want to hike, canoe, try archery, or challenge yourself on the challenge course if weather allows? Very camp of you.
Possible weekend activities may include:
Activities may shift based on weather, staffing, and camp logistics.

Inside the lodge, craft tables will stay set up all weekend long with supplies, cozy lighting, snacks, camp music, and space to spread out, create, chat, and simply exist without rushing.
Each guest will have a dedicated spot to “nest” for the weekend — a place to leave your half-finished projects, water bottle, cardigan, craft supplies, and tiny collection of camp treasures while you come and go throughout the day.

Participants will stay in Camp Yamhill’s heated cabin accommodations featuring electricity, shared hangout spaces, bunk beds, and foam mattresses. Standard cabin restrooms and showers are located in the nearby shower house within the cabin area.
Attending with friends? You may request roommates during registration and we will do our best to place groups together.
Pearl Weekend is designed around the cozy, community feel of camp, and most attendees will stay in shared cabin-style lodging unless a Premium Room Upgrade has been selected.
A limited number of Premium Room Upgrades will be available for attendees seeking additional privacy and convenience during the weekend. Premium lodging areas include indoor bathrooms/showers and refrigerator access within the building and may be located a short walk from the main camp activity spaces and dining hall. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Subject to small changes based on weather and logistics.
Arrive, settle in, and exhale.
A full day of camp — but the grown-up version where you get choices.
One last slow morning before heading home.
Warm. Real. Slightly cheeky.
A little Golden Girls.
A little summer camp.
A little “I forgot how badly I needed this.”
Pearl Weekend is about belonging without pressure.
You do not have to be outdoorsy.
You do not have to be crafty.
You do not have to know anyone before you arrive.
You just have to show up.

Nope. Pearl Weekend is for women — moms, non-moms, aunties, friends, sisters, daughters past their teen years, and anyone who wants a cozy camp weekend with other women.
No. You are welcome to come with friends or register solo. We will create spaces for people to connect naturally throughout the weekend.
Kind of, but not in the fancy matching-yoga-set way. Think camp weekend: cozy, casual, creative, and connection-focused.
