Who We Serve

Camp Philosophy

Camp Two Roads respects the individuality of each and every camper and staff member. Equally we ask that campers and their families respect that we are a camp whose focus is on developing strong young women through activities that support women’s empowerment. As such we define our camp cabin groups as South, Middle and North Sisters and when addressing the camp we use feminine pronouns.

As we are a camp for girls ranging from 8-18, topics related to religion, politics, romantic relationships or sexual identity are not to be engaged in by staff or campers as they are not universally or developmentally appropriate for every age that we serve.

*Please note – Counselor in Training (CIT) is not being offered for the 2027 season at Camp Two Roads

High school campers interested in gaining leadership experience should register as regular campers. They can join in optional leadership sessions offered during recreation and evening program. They can also apply to be a junior counselor at Ohdaka, our day camp program for further leadership experience.

Camp Two Roads – Dates, Location and Fees

Dates

August 8-13, 2027
Drop off Sunday August 8th – Times TBD.
Pick up Friday, August 14th between 2:30 – 4pm.

Registration period

Early bird registration for returning campers runs until October 31st. Registrations are accepted until until capacity is reached (sometime in early spring) As we near capacity in a grade level, the registration form will reflect how many spots are left. Final registrations date is July 15th.

Cancellation Waitlist

If your camper’s age group is full, you can request to be put on the waitlist. Please complete our registration form. A refundable $25 deposit is required. You will be notified if a spot opens up or your deposit will be refunded if not.

Waitlisted campers will be notified ASAP, if a spot becomes available. Campers pulled from the waitlist will be charged the registration rate from the date of initial registration.

Camp Fees: $825

Camper Registration – Registration includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit.
- Early Bird Registration for 2026 Camp Families: October 1–31
- General Registration: $825
- Late Registration: $875, if space is available
- Paid-in-Full Discount: Save $25 when your registration fee is paid in full at the time of registration.
- Payment Plans: Available at registration. All remaining balances must be paid in full by July 15.

Camp Store Credit – May be added during registration or at camp check-in.
Camp Sweatshirts & Care Packages – Preorder information will be sent to registered families in June.

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

We are committed to providing high-quality camp programming while keeping registration costs as affordable as possible for families.

For the 2027 camp season, scholarship funding will be reserved for first-time Camp Two Roads families. Returning families are encouraged to take advantage of our payment plan options and available registration discounts. Cancellation Policy

In the event you cancel your reservation, refunds are defined below:

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to finance@shootingstaradventures.org
Refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made. If the payment was made by credit card, then the refund will be credited back to the card.
Participants who leave a camp session early for any reason will not receive a refund.
100% Refundable registration will be reimbursed (minus the deposit) if written notice is received prior to May 10th.
50% of refundable registration will be refunded between May 10th and June 10th.
Cancellations received on or after June 11th will forfeit full registration costs.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund.
Participants who are asked to leave or choose to leave during a camp session will not receive a refund.
If you have loaded money onto your camper’s store account, it will be return to you. Any camp store credit earned via our referral or early bird programs will be forfeited.
