Experience in Nature Education : While I haven’t formally taught at a camp before, I completed my student teaching and first year of teaching in a place-based learning program in Northern Arizona.
Special Certifications: I’m DART-certified, which means I’m trained to respond to diabetic emergencies. While I don’t hold additional traditional camp certifications, I bring extensive experience working with youth in safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environments.

If I had an hour of free time I would: Take my golden retriever, Cosmo, on a long walk and play “ball ball”—his favorite game that he never tires of (though after an hour, he might just be a little worn out!).

Personal Interests: I adore my golden retriever and two cats (who proudly run my house). I love spending time with my family and my husband of nine years whenever we get a moment to slow down together. In my free time, you’ll find me cooking new recipes, hiking the incredible trails here in the PNW, or tending to my garden.
