Family Campout

This fun weekend event allows our everyone in the family to participate in a Shooting Star Adventure together. Enjoy staff-led activities, learn new skills or just enjoy being out in nature for this memorable family weekend. It’s a perfect way to get to know our staff, test your camping skills and find out which Shooting Star Adventures are a good fit for your family.

Location – Milo McIver State Park

Dates – May 27th -29th, 2022
Cost $25 tent space plus $1 per person*
- *1 tent space, State Park parking fee for the duration of your stay and park pass for each person in your party
- additional tent spaces cost $20
- additional car parking fees are $5

Whether you are a seasoned camper or new to the wilderness – We will introduce you to great experiences you can share with your family and inspire you to continue to explore the great outdoors! No experience camping? No problem, with our camping instructors, you’ll be a camping expert in no time, ready to tackle your next trip as a solo family. We will assist with tents, cooking outside, skill demos and more – plus you will get to try some fun activities you can do while camping!
